Its a nice quiet neighborhood. At night you can (barely) see the fireworks from Disney. Which was a nice surprise. Loved the wild cranes, rabbits and raccoon we sawin the yard. The house was ok. But the garage needs a good cleaning. The pool area needs to be pressure washed, the floor was littered with ashes dirt.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was spacious enough for our family of 6. It's close to grocery stores and restaurants. It's only about a 20 minute drive to Disney. We had upgraded the pool to be heated but didn't get a chance to enjoy it because we got back to the house late every evening. The games in the game room could use an upgrade. Orlando Rent A Villa is very easy to work with and responds quickly. We will definitely use them again.

Overall the house and amenities were great! House was clean updated and location was good. Only had two negative with our stay:
1) we were not told or aware that there was new development being constructed behind the house to we had to hear construction noise during the whole stay. Very disappointed with that seeing we vacationed here from a large city and wanted peace and quiet.
2) pool cleaning guy showed up unannounced and just entered the back. Would have been nice to know this in advance. Was a bit startling to have someone just show up and enter the property unannounced (also not wearing any kind of company uniform).
