Walk into the condo and be wowed by the view - your vacation home is literally on the ocean. Enjoy incredibly comfortable beds, a fully-equipped kitchen and access to three gorgeous swimming pools on the property. Along the bay you will find two incredible restaurants/bars for lobster, burgers and cocktails. Explore the beach, snorkle with the turtles are just catch some sun at the pool -paradise awaits.
This gorgeous 2bed/2bath condo is truly a slice of paradise. Brightly decorated with an updated kitchen & bathrooms, wifi and outfitted with every amenity, this is one of the nicest units on Bolongo Bay & just steps from the pool.
Luxurious King-sized master with private bath, looks right out onto the ocean - hear the ocean waves lapping at the shore. The second bedroom is a full bed with bath. For an additional fee a 5th guest or children may stay on a self inflating mattress provided in the closet.
Bolongo Bay is a serene protected cove on the south side of St Thomas, removed from the hustle and bustle of the touristy hotels and cruise ship docks. With ocean-side pools, palm trees rustling in the breeze and iguanas slowly strolling by you will relax into your vacation the moment you arrive. The bay is one of the best kept snorkeling secrets on the island with green turtles nesting just around the point and an abundance of rays, colorful reef fish and if you're lucky an eel or octopus swimming steps from your door. Since the hurricanes in 2017, the island has bounced back remarkably.
During your stay on St. Thomas - regardless of what property you choose - you will want to rent a car to maximize your ability to visit the island. Taxis are quite expensive and public transportation isn't as readily available as in other places. Enjoy the freedom and convenience of driving your own vehicle (just remember to keep left!)
In 2017 two devastating hurricanes hit the US and British Virgin Islands. Many people lost their homes, their livelihood and some even lost their lives. We were incredibly fortunate that the direction of the storm didn't destroy our island sanctuary at Watergate Villas, Bolongo Bay. That said, the beaches and some area businesses are still recovering. The ocean is back to normal, the beer is cold and your vacation shouldn't be impacted but we appreciate your understanding and kindness when you do come across those areas that still show signs of the powerful force of 2 category 5 superstorms. Although it has been a year, the local people are still working hard to bring their island back to 100% and we all appreciate your coming to help us be a part of that recovery.

The location was amazing!! Not too far from town, but far enough to be peaceful! Nice pool area, just a short walk from our door to the beach and two great restaurants! . St Thomas Dive Center is right there for scuba diving! The condo was clean and well stocked, Some reviews said updates are needed. . We could see that some have been done, including the nice kitchen countertops, newer bathroom vanities, and some new light fixtures Sure, there are some other things that could be improved, but hey, it’s a beach house! We were fine with everything, and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed this place. Our family was 2 adults and 2 teenage sons. The beds were very comfortable, there is a killer view and you can hear the waves all night as you sleep. There’s a nice little bar next door. Rent a car- there was always parking available. The host was very friendly and responsive. Just a note on bedrooms. There is a king master with bath and the second bedroom has a double bed with a trundle under. Super convenient for 16 and 15 year olds. They stock plenty of TP, paper towels and cleaning supplies. Thank you!

Our host was very welcoming and quick to respond to questions. Receiving directions and suggestions ahead of our trip was very helpful. The unit was true to the description and photos. The view from the balcony and sound of the waves was amazing!!! Having 3 restaurants/ bars within a short walking distance was a plus and very convenient. Listening to the faint live music coming from Iggies each night while enjoying the view from the balcony was great. The three pools we had access to were very clean and the views of the ocean from 2 of them was very relaxing. The location of the unit was centrally located to all of our activities on the island.
