The open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area is ideal for family gatherings, complete with a smart TV for entertainment. Step outside to the fully fenced, sheltered outdoor entertaining area—great for pets—where you can relax on sun lounges and fire up the premium six-burner BBQ (plus a Weber Kettle BBQ). Test your skills on the arcade machine, and store kayaks or beach gear in the garage.

Master: King bed, walk-in robe, ensuite, TV with Chromecast
Bedroom 2: Single bunk beds, built-in robe
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, built-in robe
The two additional bedrooms share a main bathroom with shower, bath, and separate toilet.
Additional features include a laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, Stan, Foxtel, and a secondary bar fridge for extra drinks. This spacious home is built for relaxation and central to everything Inverloch has to offer—a perfect family or group getaway!
