About this apartment rental
Living room with couch, table and 2 chairs set, cabinet member with radio, television and telephone. Fitted kitchen in "L" shape with 4 plate stove, convection oven and sink, extractor fan, refrigerator with integrated freezer crockery complete for up to 12 people available. Dining room with an oval wooden table and 4 chairs pine massive. Master bedroom with double bed in normal 2 meter size, large closet for hanging and folded laundry integrated, bedside table with lighting. Bunk bed in a size of 90 x 190 cm, chest of drawers bedside tables with lamps. Terraces with garden furniture, umbrella and chairs. Our 1989 completed house is located in the holiday area of the small fishing and farming village Friedrichskoog-Spitze in a quiet place at a distance of about 200m to the beach, at the end of a small cul-de-sac on the ground floor, a size of 45 sqm with a terrace orientation to south West.

• Size approx. 45 sqm on the ground floor • 1 bedroom with bunk beds • 1 bedroom with double bed • 1 living room with kitchenette with microwave • Shower / WC • 2 terraces, lawn, garden furniture, garden grill, satellite TV, stereo, video, separate entrance, Washing machine and dryer for a fee in the common room in the house possible, telephone (units for a fee), night storage heating, parking space, • The living room is laid out with laminate flooring. • The final cleaning is carried out by the guest, • In the months from October to April, the electricity costs will be charged according to consumption. • A deposit of € 100 is required. Please transfer with the rental price (final payment).
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
