The holiday house "Haus Seedeich» Lea «" is located in a cul-de-sac in Friedrichskoog-Spitze, is a terraced house with 250m² garden with play equipment and is located only 150m from the North Sea, dike and beach.
We know how to make a relaxing holiday and also that you have to carry a lot of equipment with children. Therefore, we already provide many things in our house for a relaxing family holiday for you.
The holiday home offers a total of 65m² of space on 2 levels.
The ground floor is used and slept in the attic.
So you can spread out properly and feel right.
In addition to a modern bathroom on the ground floor you will find in the attic another toilet for short distances.
Playground equipment is available in the garden.

Schönes Haus,es fehlt an nichts,Rollläden, Waschmaschine, gute Betten,alles da was man braucht,wir kommen bestimmt wieder !

Wir haben uns vom 1. Augenblick in der Ferienwohnung wohl gefühlt. Alles war genauso wie in der Beschreibung. Uns hat es an nix gefehlt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Bad relativ neu gemacht. Wir waren in wenigen Minuten auf dem Deich und konnten dennoch die ruhige Lage der Wohnung genießen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Das Haus bietet alles was es braucht. Der Aussenbereich ist riesig und der Spielturm wurde von unseren Kindern (11+7) sehr gerne benutzt. Es gibt auch jede Menge Gummistiefel zur Auswahl. Ebenso ist die Küche super ausgestattet, genauso wie das kleine Zimmer mit Spielen ausgerüstet ist. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen. Die Lage ist nahe am Deich, aber zum Glück nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße, so dass man wirklich seine Ruhe hat.

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus Seedeich »Lea« rundum wohlgefühlt. Moderne Einrichtung, absolut sauber, bestens ausgestattet, sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit den Vermietern, wir haben tatsächlich nichts zu bemängeln. Der Strand ist nur 2 min zu Fuß entfernt und ein Restaurant mit Seafood, Snacks und Kuchen liegt mit weniger als 100 m Fußweg in unmittelbarer Nähe. Da wir leider außerordentliches "Schietwetter" während unseres Urlaubs hatten, war die riesige Spielzeugauswahl unser persönliches Highlight, mit welcher wir unseren 3jährigen bei Laune halten konnten :-)
Wir würden auf jeden Fall jederzeit wiederkommen!
