Wir haben die Wohnung wie beschrieben vorgefunden und waren zufrieden. Ruhige Lage, Fahrradverleih und Bäcker gleich nebenan. Zum Strand 300m, was will man mehr. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir waren für eine Woche mit unserer kleinen Tochter dort. Der Check In war Problemlos und auch schon vor unserer Fahrt waren wir in gutem Austausch mit dem Vermieter. Es wurde auf alle Anfragen zügig reagiert, auch während des Urlaubs. Das Haus ist klein aber fein und hat alles was man für ein paar schöne Urlaubstage braucht. Ich habe einen Punkt bei Lage abgezogen, da bei der Terasse leider eine Kur Klinik gegenüber ist und man dementsprechend "Publikumsverkehr" hat wenn man dort Tagsüber sitzt (bis ca. 16 Uhr). Hier wäre eine Hecke o.ä. als Sichtschutz wünschenswert. Es ändert aber nichts daran, das es sich um ein wirklich schmuckes Haus handelt, welches ich wieder buchen würde.

Die FeWo ist mit allem, was benötigt wird, ausgestattet und für 4-5 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, die Nordsee bzw. weitere Freizeitbeschäftigungen und Gastronomie sind mit nur wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. An- und Abreise waren gut organisiert, der Aufenthalt sehr entspannt.

Die Doppelhaushälfte ist gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Sehr nah gelegen am Strand, von dem man tolle Wattwanderungen machen kann. Die Preis-Leistung ist auch okay. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Das Haus ist einem guten Zustand und sehr gut gelegen. Von Mikrowelle bis Herd ist alles vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und hat einem ein gutes Gefühl vermittelt. Friedrichskoog bietet sich gut für Ausflüge in die Umgebung an. Leider hat das Wetter nicht ganz mitgespielt, aber so ist es manchmal an der Nordsee.
