There are three more patios on the property, so the covered one attached to the guest house is totally at guests' disposal. Parking area is very big, it is gated for extra security plus 16 security cameras around the property 24/7.
The guest house includes two rooms: full bedroom with one queen size bed, three wardrobes, a side table. an armchair and TV. And a living room/full kitchen with two sofas, coffee table, corner tables, lamps, hanging and ceiling lamps workplace with a full desk and bookshelves, kitchen area with everything you need there. Coffee maker Keuring brews America's leading coffee brands. Recently remodeled bathroom, bedroom, two 40" smart TVs for each room, fast speed Internet 500x500 mb.
