New Studio in the central area

Third time I stayed here. Good neighborhood and close to the main train station. Plenty of restaurants near. Private and clean. Will stay again

Great location, close to a huge park, lots of cafes and restaurants. Nice apartment with comfortable bed, adequate kitchen, good shower. We really enjoyed our time in Prague, and this is a great apartment for doing so. Very convenient for access to the metro line that goes straight to the old town.

I loved my stay in this apartment. It was cute, clean, had everything I could have needed for my stay. I realy liked the neighbourhood as well. It was just a few minutes walk to the subway and only a few stops into the heart of the city. Lots of great shops and restaurants just outside the door. Would recommend for sure!

The location of the apartment was excellent and the common stair and lift were well maintained, however, the apartment itself had not had a deep clean in a long time. The sheet on the bed was threadbare and even had a hole in it and also some very dubious looking brown marks. There were coffee stains and crumbs on the bedside table coaster, the fridge had old bits of butter/milk and crumbs over all the shelves and there was black mould build up around the bathroom sink and shower tray. Also, the crockery and cutlery had not been washed with care before being put away and the hob still had stains from food that had spilled onto it. When I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with kitchen roll it was obvious that the floor was filthy. All in all the whole place had a grubby feel to it. This is such a shame, as if more effort had been made with cleanliness it would have been a very pleasant apartment.
