Inside, vaulted ceilings, elegant finishes, and two gas fireplaces (including one in the master suite) add to the warm ambience of your luxury chalet. With a generous 3,350 square-foot floor plan and multiple living spaces - including a separate lower-level studio - this rental is perfect for groups of 12 or less. The home’s prime location puts you just across from the shuttle stop, only a short ride to Vail Mountain and Beaver Creek.
The inviting living room offers leather sofas and a plush armchair. Gather in front of the fireplace and sip hot cocoa while watching a movie on the 42” TV. The spacious kitchen is open to the living area and features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a wine fridge. The chef in your group will appreciate the high-end appliances - including a Viking gas range. Gather for meals at the eight-person dining table or at the island that seats three. In the morning, an espresso machine is on hand to help get your day started.
Make a light meal in the kitchenette and gather at the table in the separate lower-level studio apartment. Relax on the sofa and and watch shows on the 32” TV. An adjacent bath has a tub/shower combination. The bedroom features a full-size bed and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower.
The main-floor primary bedroom boasts a king bed, vaulted ceilings, and a double-sided gas fireplace (which also faces into the bathroom). An en suite bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Enjoy the gas fireplace as you soak in the tub.
The nearby guest bedroom has a full-size bed and a door to the half bathroom (also accessible from the hall.) On the top floor, you’ll find two more bedrooms, one with a full-size bed and an en suite bath with a tub/shower combination, and another with a king bed and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower.

Our son got married in Vail; we had my siblings out for the wedding and stayed together in this house; it allowed us all to spend 5 incredible days together.

The location of this place is great, close to Vail Village and easy to use the public transportation system. At first glance, the house is huge and beautiful. Our first impression was that it was clean and perfect for our group of 8. However, as we started to use items, cook in the kitchen, and hang out in the house, we quickly realized how outdated, worn-in, dirty, and cheap the place seemed. This was not an inexpensive place, but it felt like it. If you plan to cook, you spend hours cleaning everything, appliances are disgusting/moldy or broken. We understand that this is a rental place, but the owners or management company took shortcuts with the upkeep the house. The washer was full of mold and took hours to clean. Shower curtains were moldy and looked like they were never washed or changes. If you want to work or just check emails, you better have unlimited data because the wifi was a huge issue. It only works in one place and if too many people are on it, you will be kicked off. We contacted the property management and they were quick to respond, but slow to fix anything. They did make a few things right. but the hassle of this wasn't worth money that we paid.
