Enjoy your stay at this farmhouse style 2 bed 2 bath condo! Extremely clean and well maintained, this space is conveniently located a few minutes from the downtown area, Central Plaza, Fairmont Park, and walking distance from Riverside's well known Mt. Rubidoux Hike; a 1-mile trek that gives a stunning view of the entire city. There is a park across the street that kids love which also has a nice walking path. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Access to Wifi, washer/dryer, 2 car garage, and more!
The downstairs living area is a great place for guests to gather and relax. Here you will find the kitchen, dining room, living room and a 1/2 bath conveniently located in the entrance hallway. When you head upstairs you will find the two rooms which are joined by a jack and Jill style bathroom (2 separate vanity areas with one full bath in the middle). The garage is conveniently attached to the condo so no need to worry about having to leave the space if you need to run to your car. Joining the condo and garage is our beautiful patio, which features a custom wood deck, seating area and lush greenery.

We stayed here for three nights seen as my son was having surgery at Loma Linda. The location was perfect and it was so nice being close to a park with food trucks! The place was super cute and very clean!My only complaints are that we were limited with cookware, toilet paper for three adults, linens for showering(we only had two wash cloths), we had to go out to buy coffee for the coffee maker provided, and we were unaware that the washing machine was out of order until we to use it.

Simply the best. Everyone in the united states should get a chance to experience Riverside CA. Contrary to the untruths on Fox News, California and in particular Riverside County is quite possibly the most amazing place on Earth . My first VRBO experience could not have been better. Thank you for the stay and easy, clear communication.
