Great guest house with amazing entertainer's backyard located in a quiet cul de sac in a great Riverside neighborhood! This home has everything you can ask for including cul de sac location. The guest house has its' own private entry with secure parking with a large driveway behind a gate. It boasts 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, includes a full kitchen with stove, microwave etc. It also has its' own laundry room with washer and dryer and comes with shared pool/spa and BBQ grill/Traeger access!
