Fully equipped home is perfect for a place to hang your hat while you spend your days watching track events, fishing on the river, in the mountains or visiting locally. Newly refurbished home with views of surrounding hills and local walking trails is flooded with natural sunlight. Two bedrooms with queen beds plus a double futon for small kids or non couples. All brand new appliances in kitchen and laundry. Master bath offers sit in jetted tub or use it as a shower, plus a second hallway bath and shower. Located in Walterville, OR, it's an easy drive to the U of O or if you prefer, Track Town USA which only takes 20 min. Chasing the dream of fishing the wild and scenic McKenzie River? You're just short distances to multiple boat launches and river access. You can bring your own drift boat, there's plenty of parking for it or book with one of the many local guides. The McKenzie River offers rapids from class 1 to 4 for summer raft trips and is a favorite of experienced kayakers. Float trips with rafting companies are available all summer so consider including that in your plans. Maybe you are just looking to get out of town and want to curl up with a cup of coffee and a good book while the sun shines in on your face, we got you covered. Walking trails traverse the rear of the property for easy access to your morning walk or run. When evening time rolls around grab a seat and watch the sunset spectacular. Early riser? Loved this little place. Super close to a wonderful walking trail, fenced yard for our pup to run around, beautiful outdoor space with shade trees and comfy seating. The indoor spaces were great too. Kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were clean and stocked. We really enjoyed our time here.
