- Due to fire safety precautions, the fire pit and wood stove are not available for guest use during the summer and dry season
- There is no access to Kelly Creek on-site due to the steep and brushy terrain
- Please note that there are animals on-site, including free-range ducks, geese, pigs, and live bees. Coyotes are also active in the area. Children and pets should be supervised at all times
- The groundskeeper has a workshop on-site, and may be present during your stay
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is in front of the workshop looking toward the road. Camera 2 is on the barn facing the animals. Camera 3 is behind the workshop facing the property exterior. Camera 4 is on the guest suite facing the main entry and driveway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion

Place was great, nice and quiet. Great view, plenty of room for 9 of us. Owner operator was very prompt with answers to questions.

We loved our stay at the farm. Very quiet and very peaceful, yet a quick 15 minutes to Springfield. We enjoyed exploring the property, meeting the animals and eating meals on the back patio. We had a small issue with the fridge while there, but the team was quick to respond and resolve. I would highly recommend, especially for a family or large group.
