The apartment is elegantly furnished in the old building style and comfortably equipped. It was completely renovated in 2016 with underfloor heating. The apartment has 3 separate bedrooms (one is a walk-through bedroom to shower room), living room with modern kitchenette and large flat screen TV and dining area in the porch, 2 shower rooms and an entrance hall with cloakroom. From the porch you can access the furnished terrace and in the front yard. It has a free parking space on the property. A second car park can be rented. The Villa Margarete is slightly higher in the mountain road, resulting in a nice view. The apartment is located on the ground floor, about 300m to the beach promenade. is about 8-10 minute walk to the town center and the famous Ahlbeck pier.
