As you enter, you'll be greeted by central air conditioning, free WiFi, and a light-filled, modern living space. There's a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, as well as space to dine at both the dining room table and the breakfast bar. In this lovely spot on the ocean block, you'll find the beach in one direction and Coastal Highway - which is lined with restaurants, shops, and attractions for all ages - in the other. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is also just two miles north.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful place, clean, the bedrooms are roomy, great view of the beach. I stayed with older friends & the place is huge that initially they get lost getting to their rooms. We might book the same place next year. All the communication is thru email, I never really got to talk to the host & the check in I got confused a little bit, I thought the directions are straight forward but it took us awhile to get to the place to check in. I read the address wrong. Then the email I received have the access code but it was on the wrong floor- 1R instead of 1 to press on the elevator. When I entered the property it looked different fr the website then I noticed there was a luggage in the bedroom. So I called again, back in the elevator I press 1 & the access code to the property & that was the correct place that I booked. I’m just surprised bec I was able to get in Jo problem in the other property. Same access code.

Overall we liked the place but there are a few things that were annoying. There was some kind of generator or motor that would go off every 3 hours for 10 minutes at a time right under the master bedroom. It would wake me up every night so I didn’t get a good nights sleep at all. The kitchen was huge but not very stocked. There were a lot of cabinets and drawers that were empty. There were no lids to pots and no pizza cutter. We did love the balcony and master bathroom was amazing.

It has a beach view (even though not beach front)is very spacious and laid out nicely! We had a great time.

The property was not clean. Dirty used bathing suits in different closets, stained carpets and sandy floors. Poor maintenance: two toilet paper holders broken and broken shower handle in the master bathroom.
