Guests will have access to the entire property. There is parking for up to 2 vehicles depending on their size.
The Neighborhood:
Located just east from Downtown San Antonio, Jefferson Heights is undergoing revitalization and is an up-and-coming area. As a Historic inner city neighborhood, you will be close to everything. If you are a Foodie, the East side is a great place to be! From the finest Pastrami sandwiches, to the Freshest wood oven baked Pizza, and the tastiest Breakfast Tacos made from scratch, there will be something to satisfy your palate.
Getting Around:
Here in San Antonio, we have VIA, which is our bus service. We also have Uber, Lyft and a city taxi service, as well as bicycle and scooter rentals. We are near all of the hotspots, The Frost Center, The Alamdome,Hemisfair Plaza and the Tower of the Americas which lead you right to the Riverwalk. From this property you’re very close to downtown, and it’s more cost-effective to walk than pay to park. There’s also the option to rent bicycles and scooters to be able to get where you need to go cost-effectively. They have a stand up, scooters and scooters with seats and then of course the bicycles.
The Alamodome is 2.2 miles or 6 minutes away.
The Alamo is 2 miles or 7 minutes
Rivercenter Mall is 2.6 miles or 9 minutes away.
Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center is 2.2 miles or 7 minutes away.

The property was exactly as described in VRBO. The location was close (10-15 minutes) from most San Antonio attractions. It was very clean and obviously refurbished in this neighborhood that is transitioning from poverty and being gentrified.

Close to downtown. Great property/location. As described. Loved the decor. Would recommend. Will stay again when in the area. Great communication from host. We enjoyed the mattresses on the beds the most haha. Comfortable beds.

This is the cutest house and provided great backgrounds for my teenage girls to take pics, (always a plus to have the teenage girls happy).
It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We washed clothes, cooked big brunches, watched Netflix and Roku.
The positives about this home is the decor, just precious! They had EVERYTHING from toiletries, laundry supplies, dishwasher pods, paper towels, trash bags, coffee with creamers and sweeteners. We did not have to run to the store for any household items. There is a smart TV in every room, comfortable beds, lots of hangers, extra blankets, seriously they had it all!
The downtown area in general and this neighborhood is not nice, but we didn't have any issues. It is super convenient with a grocery store and Walgreens down the street. Is close to the Riverwalk, Alamo, Market Square, and Ft Sam Houston, the reason for the trip to attend the Army officer graduation of our son. If we return to SA I would stay there again, no hesitation.
