About this house rental
Centrally located in the up-and-coming Dignowity Hills historic area, and minutes from the Alamo, Alamo dome, AT&T center, Fort Sam Houston, the Pearl District, and the River Walk. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, and other attractions nearby which makes this house a convenient location for anyone wanting to enjoy all the Alamo City has to offer.
The Space:
Dignowity Hill, where this property is located, was San Antonio’s first residential suburb. You will see both old and new homes, as well as homes under reconstruction in the area. Puerta Azul is a newer home, built in 2018, and has central A/C, high-speed internet access, and onsite parking.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed and Smart TV
Bedroom 2: Full size bunk bed, twin trundle and Smart TV
Bedroom 3: Queen bed and Smart TV
Kitchen is supplied with the basics to cook (pots, pans, baking sheets, cutting boards, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, etc)
Washer and Dryer onsite
Guest Access:
> Guest will have full house access and fully fenced backyard
> Two guest parking spaces behind the garage.
> Street parking is also available.
Interaction with Guests:
