Step outside to your private lakeview oasis where the magic truly happens. Dive into the sparkling new pool for a refreshing swim, or lounge on the sun-drenched deck with a cocktail in hand. Challenge friends and family to a friendly game of mini putt-putt on your very own course, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Then end your night gazing at the stars while you soak in the hot tub.

Located just minutes from the vibrant downtown Delray Beach, you`ll have easy access to a plethora of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The entire home is private for your entire use.
Parking is driveway parking only. Fits 3 cars comfortably.
Note: Garage is not for use. Owner use only.
Our local host is responsive to all your questions and needs.
We work around the clock in case of any emergencies and will always be there for our guest`s needs.
Pool heating is available with advance notice.
We provide plenty of games and entertainment for the family! They include (subject to change) Corn hole, Big Jenga, Chess, Cards and PS4 Video Games
No indoor smoking allowed. We must charge to use special air cleaning tools and will pass these fee`s onto guests who break this rule. The fee is $250 for smoking indoors.
Grill: Must be cleaned and re-covered when done using.
Trash: All trash must be bagged and placed in bins to prevent unwanted pests.
Any loud disruptions or complaints from our neighbors or the police, your reservation may be at risk to be cancelled with no refund.
• Parking: No street parking and please do not park on the grass or swale.
• Absolutely No Parties: The guest understands their rsvp may be terminated upon any city/police or neighbor complaint about a disturbance.
• Pets: All pets must be pre-approved before arriving. NOTE: There is a one-time, non refundable pet fee of $125 for approved pets.
• No Smoking, including Vape.
• Grill: Use it; Please Clean it for our next guests. Turn off and COVER so it does not rust. Use at your own risk and leisure.
**Note that we will not be responsible for any items left behind. Please be diligent with your walk through before leaving. We will make exceptions for very valuable or sentimental items `if` we are able to find them. There will be a $100 fee for hiring our team to package and mail your items `if` we agree to do so.

Our family just got back from staying at this home. It could not have been more relaxing of a stay. The home had everything our family could need for a 4 day stay. The entire home was well appointed. The pool was spectacular and hot tub was a huge bonus. We grilled out once and the grill was plenty large and new which we were impressed with. The neighborhood was very peaceful and everyone's home was well maintained. The interior home decor was exactly like the pictures and well maintained. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions we had and it was as seamless of a stay as we've had. We had 3 kids ranging from 10-18 and they were in heaven. The putting/chipping green was great for the boys and an outdoor tv was the icing on the cake for them. Great place and great hosts.

House had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. Spent most of our time on the patio, pool or playing games. Quiet neighborhood. Hope to visit again. Highly recommend!

Our family had a great time at this home. The community was super quiet. The home layout was great for our family. Clean home with lots of amenities to keep the family entertained.
