Relax with the family in a newly renovated and furnished upper level duplex.

Apartment was a little bit smaller than it seemed in the pictures but it worked great for what we needed. Close to downtown and had enough beds for all of us.

The house was clean

Florence was very accommodating and the space was perfect for us.

Easy access to the property and parking. A note explaining the same code works for both doors would have eliminated any confusion upon check-in.Noticeable nonenal (musty, "old person") smell, mostly upon entering the property each day.It was 89 degrees outside when we arrived about 7pm, 85 degrees inside. The 3 window A/C units couldn't keep up. The room with the king bed does not have an A/C, there is a fan. We left all the bedroom doors open and put the fan by the door to share the cooler air. The next day was 83 and it was more comfortable inside.One of the twin beds was broken, I reported this to the host and it was fixed the next day. The property was not very clean. The bedding, towels, and regularly used surfaces were fine. However, the floors were filthy (our socks/feet were turning black just walking around for minutes) and there was visible dust and hair on light switches, ledges, vents, bathroom, floors, ect. As long as she was sending someone to fix the bed I asked for the floors to be mopped, which was done (we had a 2 yo and 3 yo with us who play/sit on the floor).The property sleeps 7, beds are comfortable. Kitchen supplies for 4. Living room seating for 4-5 (the couch is very uncomfortable). I'd recommend the property if you are going to be out most of the day and mostly needing a place to sleep. It would serve that purpose well for adults, but not comfortable enough to speed a lot of time visiting in the living room. No checkout instructions.
