    The staff was absolutely lovely to start off with, the room was as promised and so much prettier in person, the atmosphere was calming, everything in the room was beautifully clean, the gentleman who checked me in explained the checkin fee and what it was for and that as long as everything was as it was supposed to be itd get refunded, not only that but it got refunded in a day. Breakfast was lovely even tho we got there at the ass end of it there was plenty of food. Dining area was exquisit. Breakfast staff was even helpful and patient with us while we refilled our water bottles! Already making plans to come back next year around the same time. You WILL see us again!

    This hotel is claiming that if you book through a third party, you are not guaranteed to get the room you paid for. I paid for an Executive King and when I got there, they put me in a standard king. No freezer for the food I purchased (only because the executive suites have full size refrigerators with freezers) You get whatever room they decide to put you in. It happened to 4 other couples and families that checked in around me. This has NEVER happened to me at any other hotel I’ve booked through Agoda. The LivInn is making people book through them to get full price. I also found a used cough drop on the counter of my “clean room”. So I wiped all the surfaces down with my own rubbing alcohol and the towel was filthy, Do Not book here. Not worth the money. The employees even hate their job. That says a lot. Try the Ramada! Prices are equivalent and it’s WAY classier and completely updated.
