Welcome to my home in South Denver! It's the perfect place to work from home, see the sights and enjoy the beauty of Colorado! Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and parks. A 10 minute drive to downtown, 25 minute drive to hiking, biking and the Red Rocks Amphitheater. An hour drive to major ski resorts. Close to DU Campus and light rail stations. Close to DU and Swedish Medical Center. It's a prime location to see all that Denver has to offer!

When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. This little home was just the perfect place for us to stay! I came just the day before I was due to have surgery to donate my kidney to my brother and then stayed a week after for post op. We had everything we needed and more! The area is so clean and everyone was so friendly. We really appreciate the coziness of the fire place and having everything available for us. It has such a homey feeling and there was lots of room for us to spend time both inside and out. It was convenient to be able to walk to places to eat and get groceries. We rate this property a 10+ Will recommend it to anyone looking in that area and we will most definitely be going back!
