Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
Only registered guests are allowed. No unregistered visitors.
One small pet (under 10kg) is allowed. The pet must be well-behaved and not damage furniture.
No parties, loud music, or events. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking or vaping inside the apartment or on the terrace (penalty applies).
Respect neighbors – this is a residential building.
🍽 Kitchen & Cleaning Rules
Wash and dry all dishes, utensils, and cookware after use.
Do not leave food out to avoid pests.
Dispose of trash in designated bins. Please separate recyclables if required.
🛏 Apartment Use & Security
Do not move furniture or switch beds. Keep everything in its original place.
