Summary:
Magnificent 2-bedroom flat in a listed building in the centre of Paris, extremely well located close to the capital's must-see sites: Musée Grevin, Place de l'Opéra, Galeries Lafayette, etc.
At the foot of the building, rue Montorgueil and the surrounding area are renowned for their cafés, restaurants and fashion and interior design boutiques.
Bright, warm, tastefully decorated and fully equipped, my flat is ideal for a successful stay in Paris with family or friends.
The Space:
Flat (59m2) of 2 bedrooms, which includes :
- Living room with sofa
- 1 dining table,
- Tv, Wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, washing machine with dryer)
- 2 bedrooms with double bed
- 2 bathrooms with shower
- 1 separate toilet
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional company.
Renovation work on neighbors' homes can be carried out between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. until March

This flat is ideally located for a typically Parisian stay. You are in the heart of the famous Marais district, close to the Opéra Garnier and the Louvre Museum.
The Musée des Arts et Métiers is just 450 metres away, and there are numerous theatres within easy reach of the flat:
- Théâtre de la Renaissance
- Théâtre La Comédia
- Théâtre du Gymnase.
You're also 450 metres from the Grand Rex, one of the capital's finest cinemas, and a 20-minute walk from Galeries Lafayette.
For a more cultural visit, you'll find the Bibliothèque nationale de France, on rue de Richelieu, home to prestigious and exceptional collections. But also a visit to the famous Centre Pompidou, recognisable by its external staircase and huge coloured pipes.
