About this cottage rental
This incredible 2.5 acre property boasts escarpment and lake views! Wake up to the sound of dozen of different bird breeds singing while sipping coffee from the huge deck with a dining area and lounge area and taking in the incredible sunrise over the lake below. At sunset, sip wine while you cheers the fireflies and the chirping frogs from the ponds that surround the property! During colder months, snuggle up to the fire or watch your favourite movies, sporting events or shows on the large screen and IPTV that has over 2000 channels in most languages.
Take off right from the property to hike, bike or play right on site with the outdoor games available. The Bruce Trail connects at the escarpment above and miles and miles of trails can be accessed right from the property's lower pad. During snowy days, miles of cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing and hiking abounds. Don't forget to take your furry friends down to the huge dog park within walking distance from the property.
Perhaps on another day you wish to venture into town. While this retreat feels miles away from civilization, you are only a 5-minute drive to both downtown Burlington and downtown Waterdown, both of which has a vast array of restaurants, bistros, coffee houses and bars, plus locally-owned boutiques and quant shops. If dining in is more your pace, get food delivered through all the major apps, or enjoy home cooked meals from your fully-appointed kitchen.
When it's finally time to lay your head down to rest, our top-of the line mattresses with fresh white linens make for a peaceful night's rest. Use the blackout curtains and blackout blinds and set the air conditioner or heat to the perfect sleeping environment.

We absolutely loved staying here, the area is fab and the view is breath taking, Naomi was an excellent host , we flew in late Christmas day and Naomi allowed a family meme er to drop off some essentials.The property had everything we need, highly recommend

This home had everything we needed, the property is gorgeous. Easy drive to the waterfront and all shopping including IKEA! . Only disadvantage is that the huge porch pictured and fire pit is a shared space and the rental is half a house - we weren't expecting neighbors in the same building.
