About this house rental
Welcome to your family-friendly retreat! This cozy home features three bedrooms on the 2nd floor: one with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, another with a double bed, and a 3rd with a bunk bed. A 2nd bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor.
On the main floor, you'll find a comfortable living room with a smart TV, a dining area that seats six, and a fully equipped kitchen, along with a bathroom.
The basement offers a sofa bed, a small workstation, toys for children, a treadmill for workouts, and a laundry room. Crib and highchair available upon request—please mention if needed when booking.
Just a 5-minute walk to Ireland Park with playgrounds, sports fields, and picnic areas, and 2 minutes to scenic trails. It's a 5-minute drive to Mountainside Pool & Splash Park for summer fun. Conveniently near highways 407 & QEW, GO Train and bus access for easy trips to Airport, Toronto, Niagara.
If you’re planning a longer stay, the home is close to excellent Catholic and public schools, all within 5-15 minutes walking distance..
For your convenience during the winter months, we include snow removal for the main pathway. If snowfall occurs during the night, the path will be cleared by 10:30 AM the following day after the snow has stopped. A shovel and salt are also provided at the property for your use if needed before the scheduled snow removal.

This was a great place to stay at as we visited Toronto and Niagara Falls.Our family of 5 had plenty of space to stretch out between the basement, main floor, and upstairs which helped us stay relaxed instead of being cramped up on top of each other during the whole trip.
