About this apartment rental
Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located studio unit near U of O. Hayward field and the Performing Arts Center just 1 mile walking. Lots of great restaurants also just walking .
This is a small studio unit with all that you should need for your stay with us.
I am not on-site so please contact me or my co-host thru the Airbnb App.
This apt building is in the University District which is in downtown Eugene. It is close to numerous venues, 7-11 across the street and Whole Foods 5 blocks away.
Easy access to anywhere via car. Bus stop is 2 blocks away and there are hourly bike and scooter rentals on every block. You can also walk almost anywhere and the terrain is flat for miles.
Please take care of the unit and it`s belongings and leave in the same condition as when you arrived.
Clean and replace all kitchen items in cupboards on your day of departure.
No smoking on property or vaping.
Please be respectful of my full-time tenants that live in the other units.
As a courtesy, could you notify us in the app on the day of departure when you have departed.
Please send us your car make/model/color and plate - picture of the back of your vehicle sent to the app is just fine.

The studio is very well located and perfect for a visit where you don’t need more than a bed, kitchen and TV. It is clean, comfortable and the owner is extremely responsive. I’d definitely recommend it for a couple visiting their son or daughter at school or spending some time in Eugene.

The bed was comfortable and the location was close to UO. Water for shower was just over body temperature. Could not make it warmer. This would have been more of problem if it was colder. Freezer refs defrosting and better ice tray.

In Eugene for the USATF championships at Hayward field. The apartment was the perfect place to stay. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I was able to walk to Hayward field each day, as well as good restaurants within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend it to others.
