About this villa rental
2026 Beach Update: Beach access directly in front of Seascape is closed. Guests must use neighboring beach access. The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Just reach out, or visit our beach project page on our website for the latest.
Seascape 320 is a beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-bathroom oceanfront condo at Seascape Villas in Wild Dunes — and the views truly live up to the name. Perched on the third floor with the balcony practically in the water, SS320 delivers picture-perfect ocean views from the master suites, the living area, and the deck. Easy parking, just a few steps to the sand, and a layout that comfortably sleeps up to 8 make this one of Isle of Palms' most popular oceanfront stays.
Guests consistently rave about how spotless and well-stocked the condo is, with a fully equipped kitchen where everything works as it should and thoughtful touches throughout. You're roughly 30 minutes from historic Charleston and surrounded by great island dining (don't miss Acme Lowcountry Kitchen — locals love it). Wild Dunes' golf, spa, and bike trails are all within easy reach, and the Seascape oceanfront pool is just steps from the building.

Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your community.

The pictures truly do not do this condo justice. The views from the windows are absolutely breathtaking. We travel often, and this condo has easily earned a spot in our top three favorite places we’ve ever stayed.Everything was incredibly well organized and seamless — from the booking process, to the door code instructions, directions, and even renting beach chairs. It could not have been easier. Since the condo is associated with The Dunes, we also had access to all of the amenities, which made the experience even better.Isle of Palms is such a wonderful place to visit, and staying here made our trip even more special.

You're less than 30 minutes from historic Charleston and plenty of restaurant options. If you want to eat on the island, make sure you check out Acme Restaurant; we ate there twice!Hosts were great and easy to contact, if we go back, we will definitely stay here.
