House was gorgeous, perfect location, within 15 minutes either direction of food, shopping, etc. Zion was a quick 45 minute drive. Would come back anytime!!

The house is beautiful in a very quiet neighborhood. My 3 brothers and I are retired siblings who take a bi-annual trip together and chose Zion National Park this year. We stayed in Washington because we wanted to hike at Snow Canyon State Park as well, and the price of this house was reasonable. The kitchen is well-stocked with lots of herbs and spices other guests have left, as did we. We had an issue with the toilet constantly running and after we called, a plumber arrived promptly to fix it. The pool, hot tub, putting green and ping pong table were big hits! This house is perfect for large families or groups because there is so much room. My only complaint (and it could be just my preference) is that the master bed is much too soft. I slept one night in that bed and had to move to one of the bunk beds upstairs to avoid having a sore back the entire trip. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to others - in fact, I told my friend about it who is thinking of taking a sibling trip.

Beautiful property that worked well for our large family group. Host was very responsive; the swim spa was not working and they unfortunately weren’t able to get it repaired while we were there, but host worked with us to remedy that. The pool and lazy river were fun and easily accessible. I would definitely stay here again.
