Just a few miles off I-15, yet tucked away in the desert hills, you will find your own little paradise at La Casa Blanca in Escondido Resort. Spend your days exploring the beauty of Southern Utah with easy access to Sand Hollow State Park & Reservoir and Zion National Park. This home is fully equipped with a wide selection of amenities for a large family getaway, or a much-needed retreat with friends.
This beautiful 5-bedroom / 4-bathroom home can sleep up to 20 people, and is perfect for a beautiful southern retreat! Downstairs, just off of the kitchen and dining room you will find the Master Bedroom with an Ensuite bathroom. The double vanity makes getting ready for the day a breeze, and the separate water closet provides the necessary privacy that everyone needs! There is also a Queen bedroom downstairs, located next to the entryway, with a Jack n' Jill style bathroom. The kids will absolutely love to sleep in the upstairs bunk room, which includes 2 double full bunk beds and 1 twin trundle, sleeping up to 9 people. You will find 2 more bedrooms upstairs, just off the loft. One is equipped with a king-size bed, a desk, and a smart TV, while the other bedroom has 2 queen-size beds. Each room has access to a tub & shower combo bathroom. Charge your electric vehicle with the provided EV charging station in the garage. Spend the night cooking some delicious food on the grill or in the beautifully stocked kitchen. Once the kids have gone to bed, take the fun upstairs and sit down at the brand new poker table. Challenge each other to a game on the ping pong table or a match at the community pickleball courts! With all the amenities this desert home has to offer, the fun will never end!

We made a spontaneous trip to southern Utah and were able to stay here- it was the perfect distance to drive to red reef hike, Kanarra falls, snow canyon, zions, and Bryce! We packed a lot of adventures in and still had time to swim and relax each evening at the house. The home was perfectly clean and had everything we needed to make the trip easy and relaxing.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were especially comfortable, which made it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and we didn't run into any issues at all. It was a great experience!

We recently stayed in Washington to visit the national parks and absolutely loved our stay! The house was huge and perfect to spread out and had so many bed options. The pool was so nice as well and loved that it was within walking distance.anything we had questions about were answered promptly and checkin and out info was given well in advance I didn't feel like I was scrambling for information. We will definitely be staying again!

This is a great place to stay for multi families.
Plenty of area for adults to hang out and children in another area very clean and nicely maintained and built. Will definitely stay again
