For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We had a lovely time. This house is beautiful and very well kept. It was clean and had plenty of space for our entire group to have plenty of room to themselves while also having great common rooms for us all to enjoy together time. The location is great. We walked to dinners, to the gondola, and loved shopping around main st. Definitely would recommend!

Beautiful, modern home that worked out perfectly for our trip…three groups were able to split up and sleep in different areas of the house… Great location; within walking distances to restaurants, shops and different activities.
