Beautiful up close view of ocean and pictures of unit on listing are exact portrayal. Children loved the playground and pool and customer service was GREAT to meet last minute special needs allowing us to spend very special time with other family that were vacationing in another rental about half mile away. Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories

Great property and access to the beach. Not the unit you want if you want to sit inside and look at the ocean from the AC because the sliding glass door glass has fogged up a lot.

The was interior was beautiful. There is a tall modern bookcase with a rolling barn door in the living room- it had, games, coloring books, crayons, cards, among many other activities. The bed was comfortable. Extra trash bags were provided and even tide pods if needed. The beach itself was beautiful and only steps away from the walkway, no running through hot sand to reach water. Perfect kite flying weather! So many shark teeth. The aquatic sea life there was impressive- herbit crabs, large crabs, fish, & more at night time.We did have a be on alert due to being sting ray season (but this had nothing to do with the host, just keep in mind if you travel during this time. It was so quiet and since there isn't a large tourist presence with city light everywhere, the star were incredibly bright and clear. We will be back, this hidden gem is a must! The pool is seasonal and opens May 1st....a good to know piece of info

Positives: On the beach with a private pool. Affordable. Negatives: Older facility, with average facility maintenance. After a rare lightning strike that set off the fire alarm, the maintenance man came around to test the fire alarm at 0630. He was streaming loud music over his phone, he shouted to his assistant; he repeatedly dropped his tools right outside our bedroom window. I stepped out to speak with him, he seemed stunned by my presence - then quieted down. Later that evening around midnight a couple on the level above us lost their passcode; they were exceptionally loud waiting for the new code - unaware that there are other guests at this facility. This place is not for me.
