Another get away week at N Topsail, one of four, during new home construction headaches before moving in. Very nice, clean and private stay. A few of the last of falls beautiful days. Dolphin pods on cue every day. Enjoy the ghost town feeling this time of year. 4 mile walks on the beach, sitting in the sun on the deck in the afternoons. In condo laundry always a plus. Very comfortable stay. Will definitely look for vacancy here next stay. Never left the end of the island my whole stay. Communication was excellent.

My family and I enjoyed our trip tremendously. We loved the location, ease of access to beach and the Wave Raider provided everything we needed to enjoy our time while we were inside as well! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This is an efficient, clean condo with a beautiful view for a high-value ocean front experience. We appreciated how well maintained and accessible the property was. Alan at Paragon was a helpful and responsive host. The atmosphere at the Topsail Dune Villas is very family friendly and peaceful. We had a great experience and highly recommend!

Positives: On the beach with a private pool. Affordable. Negatives: Older facility, with average facility maintenance. After a rare lightning strike that set off the fire alarm, the maintenance man came around to test the fire alarm at 0630. He was streaming loud music over his phone, he shouted to his assistant; he repeatedly dropped his tools right outside our bedroom window. I stepped out to speak with him, he seemed stunned by my presence - then quieted down. Later that evening around midnight a couple on the level above us lost their passcode; they were exceptionally loud waiting for the new code - unaware that there are other guests at this facility. This place is not for me.
