Sehr hochwertige Unterkunft, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Ruhig gelegen und mit PKW sehr schnell am Meer und in den Bergen und Pisa, Florenz oder Lucca. Vermieter ist jederzeit verfügbar und sehr nett und zuvorkommend ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Alles sehr zu empfehlen und jederzeit wieder.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung Serenella sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet (2 WCs, Dusche/Badewanne, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine) und wurde uns sehr sauber übergeben. Die Ausstattung mit Handtüchern ist sehr üppig. Sehr ruhige Gegend, mit dem Auto ist man in 15min an den schönen Sandstränden der Versilia. Ein Bäcker mit allem für den täglichen Bedarf ist in 10min per Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Urlaub in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Die Gegend ist schön ruhig, bisschen außerhalb und doch ist man schnell am Meer. Ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für kleinere Ausflüge. Man ist schnell in Pisa, Lucca, Forte dei Marmi und Florenz. Viele kleinere Städt drum herum kann man auch noch entdecken. Der vorhandene Jacuzzi ist ein Highlight, der alle noch schöner macht. M., der Vermieter, kümmert sich sehr um seine Gäste, einfach perfekt.

Piacevolissima vacanza, l’appartamento si trova molto vicino a Forte Dei Marmi, in una zona molto tranquilla, la struttura è molto carina e spaziosa, ma la cosa che più ci è piaciuta è stata la meravigliosa accoglienza e disponibilità del proprietario.
