After a long flight, you turn the key to the door of your new vacation home and step inside. After putting your bags down, you`re drawn to the beaming natural light coming through the sliding glass door at the oceanfront end of the condo. You unlock the door and step out onto the lanai, looking in awe at the rocky sea cliffs to the east and the beautiful Poipu Beach Park to the west. Sea breezes and sunbeams brush your hair and face, the sound of the waves below you fill the air with Kauai`s oceanic symphony. You have arrived.
Returning inside, you find your beautifully upgraded and updated vacation home. The owners have spared no expense to make sure that this slice of island living is replete with exquisite furnishing and details alike. Most importantly, the top floor grants you access to unbelievable views of Kauai`s south shore. You`ll spend countless hours on the lanai taking in the views of the surf and sealife as you plan the day ahead. From sleek mid-century modern furnishings to lovely backsplash tiling in the kitchen and upgraded appliances, 402A will be the perfect setting for your family vacation or tropical getaway. Speaking of families, 402A can accommodate up to a party of six. The second bedroom features two twin beds and the sofa bed in the common area is perfect for two kids to share. (We do not recommend a party of six adults for this unit, however, as the sofa bed is suited primarily for one adult or two children/teens. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible and working within the possibilities of the unit is always the best way to ensure that.)
402A is serviced by the A building's nearby elevator, so access is a breeze. The entire A building is ADA-accessible so no stairs are required to reach your front door.

Condo was nice but some upkeep issues. View was astounding. Issues with pool. We would stay there again.

Every thing was fine . The door lock failed but maintenance replaced it right away.Grab bars in the shower and toilet would be nice . Also, power strips in the bedrooms for phones and pads would be good too.

This condo was wonderful! The view from the lanai was just amazing…waves crashing into lava rocks right below us! Great turtle watching. Also saw some dolphins, who seemed to come play with a snorkeling group offshore. The condo was immaculate. We had everything we could possibly need, including beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen also had everything you’d need. The host sent us an extensive listing of restaurants, beaches, and things to do. The pool was great, right down by the crashing waves. This resort is not a Grand Hyatt, but the Hyatt has no view like this one! The ac was a big plus, since it was quite warm when we were there. Loved our stay. We had to evacuate due to a tsunami warning & the host was very helpful to us! Highly recommend this unit & host!
