Top equipped. only 50 meters to the sandy beach. No pets. Completely new since June 2016. Still many free appointments this season. We look forward to your inquiry. The apartment LUV in the villa sea view in the Baltic Sea Nienhagen is a modern 3-bedroom apartment for 4 to max. 6 persons: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, flat screen TV in living room, top equipped kitchen, wifi included, terrace, .... The nearly 80 m² 3-bedroom apartment in the villa sea view in 18211 Ostseebad Nienhagen is located on the garden level and offers up to 6 people space for relaxing holidays on the Baltic Sea. To the fine sandy beach you go about 50 meters. The living area of the apartment welcomes you with a cozy couch, a flat screen TV with DVD player. The Wi-Fi connection can be used free of charge. The adjoining dining area offers plenty of space for your meals with a large table. The apartment's kitchenette is fully equipped with an oven, 4-zone ceramic hob, fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. Small appliances, such as a toaster, a coffee maker and a kettle, complete the kitchen equipment. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a sink. For drying and hanging your towels a wall heating is available. A hair dryer and a stool for the little guests complete the bathroom. In the front area you will find a wardrobe, a mirror for your jackets and shoes. Here is also a vacuum cleaner available. In the large bedroom of the apartment invites you to a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) for a night's sleep. In the small Schalfraum stand for you two single beds (each 90x200 cm) ready. For two more people, the sofa bed in the living area with a few simple steps to a comfortable sleeping space (140 x 200 cm). A wardrobe and a chest of drawers provide ample storage space for your holiday luggage. The apartment is fully furnished with a plywood floor in oak look and has been recently renovated. It is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. All windows have curtains and can be darkened. You can park your car in the car park at the house. The location is ideal for the beach. But also to restaurants and the Nienhäger Aunt Emma store, with ATMs, it is not far. A bike rental can be found almost around the corner.

The 3 room apartment LUV has been newly completed in 2016. It is located about 50 m from the beach in the Baltic Sea Nienhagen on the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast. The furniture complies with the standards of today. It is located in the lower (basement) floor with another apartment. Both apartments have a furnished terrace. The location is ideal to the beach. But also to restaurants and the Nienhäger Aunt Emma store, with ATM, it is not far. A bike rental can be found almost around the corner.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

This place was decent, it needs a good cleaning to remove all the spider webs ! The pillows need to be replaced and the mattress! The are was very nice close to the sea.
