Welcome to your perfect getaway in Pula! Our Villa Tonka is situated in a tranquil location, offering a peace and relaxation while remaining close to all local attractions. The property’s main highlights include a private pool and a spacious garden, making it an ideal retreat for those seeking relaxation and privacy. Accommodating up to 5 guests, the villa is thoughtfully designed to provide maximum comfort and a true Mediterranean atmosphere.
The heart of the villa is its wonderful outdoor space. You can spend your days soaking up the sun on the deck or refreshing yourself in the private swimming pool. The garden features a lovely terrace equipped with a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals with your family and friends.
Ground Floor: The ground floor consists of a bright, open-plan space featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room. For extra sleeping capacity, the living room includes a comfortable sofa bed for one person. A bathroom is also located on this level.
First Floor: Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, a TV, and individual air conditioning. The well-appointed bathroom ensures convenience for all.
The villa is ideally positioned to explore the best of Istria. You are only a short drive away from the nearest beaches (approx. 8 km), while local restaurants and grocery shops are conveniently located within 2 km of the property. The historic center of Pula and its famous Roman Arena are also within easy reach.
