About this apartment rental
This fabulous unit brings a relaxing country chic style to the beach! This unit features interesting "wood" accent walls in each room and creates a unique charm to the unit. There is hardwood style flooring throughout. You will love the huge wrap around sofa that gives everyone plenty of room to stretch out. A bar style table behind the couch can substitute as a desk or computer table and is the perfect place to get some work done but still be with the family. The living room has a huge flat screen TV and there are TVs in both bedrooms. There is also wireless internet. The kitchen is ready to make those cost saving meals at home. The bathroom has been updated and has a new sink, fixtures and the shower has beautiful marble walls. There is a locked closet downstairs that is available to guests for storing your beach gear too!

* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.

If was a bit disappointing after traveling all day we had to make our own beds upon arrival. Property manager was great in communicating with us. Cleaners could have done a better job.

This location was great, so close to the beach! The condo had great decor and had everything we needed for a long weekend. My only complaints were that the AC never cooled the condo down and continuously ran. The master bedroom bed could probably use an update as well. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

My granddaughter backed into an old warped door. They charged me750.00 to fix it. The guy took it off bent the door back and used the same rusty screws and hinges! I watched him , it took about 30 mins.also the garage area is in bad shape, we were told we could use the storage unit for our unit, had a hard time opening it because it was warped, when we were able to open it the more smell was terrible. So basically there’s no storage for beach items. The living room windows were salt encrusted and very dirty. Much needed ceiling fans in bedrooms would help!!My granddaughter backed into an old warped door. They charged me 750.00 to fix it. All he did was remove the door , straighten the door, used the same rusty screws and hinges. I watched him , it took about 30 minutes. The garage area is in bad shape , the storage unit we were supposed to use took a long time to open because it also was warped, spelled so bad of mildew we closed it back up!! So there is no real storage area for your beach things.2 bedrooms don’t have ceiling fans , the windows in the living room were salt encrusted , could barely see out!! Proximity to the beach was good, also terrible parking!!
