There is a fully equipped kitchen with all of the tools you need to make meals to eat in (new stove as of Oct 2022), or to pack up for your on-the-go adventures. New updates as of 2023 include Quartz countertops, luxury vinyl flooring and bedroom furniture including a pillow-top mattress.

We booked through Expedia and they have many different pictures of different units. You don’t know which you will get. We have been given unit 3111. The unit is well equipped with beach equipment, well stocked kitchen, and enough towels. But unit is very old and dirty. Cleaning company did great work, but carpet is nasty, walls are dirty, and cockroaches are everywhere. Stove top is not functioning properly, some of the heating elements are not working, another are curved and it’s hard to cook on. Pillows are not comfortable at all. Since we booked it as a place to sleep and cook breakfast, it was ok, but overpriced. I don’t think we will be back. This unit needs renovation and pest control.
