This one-bedroom condo can accommodate up to four people with a queen bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals to dine-in or to take with you while on the go. The living area is an open concept and the lanai is off of the living room. The furnishings are a mixture of rattan and tropical accents. The living room has a new flat-screen TV and there are a washer and dryer in the unit. This condo shares an access hallway with unit 1322, which is also a renovated one-bedroom condo. These two condos are perfect for a group of family or friends traveling together.

This unit has a great location in Kihei, parking is included. Nice pool, tennis courts and a walk across the street to the beach. However there are bugs - of course you are in tropical country, but pest control visited during our stay. The furnishings are dated, bathroom sink stopper is annoying and there is no storage area for dry goods, otherwise well equipped. Lots of linens including beach towels included.

Perfect location in Kihei. Lots of amenities to feel like home. Comfortable bed and the AC kept the condo cool. View of the ocean from the balcony! The dishwasher could use some TLC - rotten smell when turned on or open. Also bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (mold on bathtub stopper)

This condo is in a great location but needs some work. The updated kitchen
and bath were nice. Plenty of towels . The drapery in the living room were falling apart I called and let you know, but then found a review they were that in a review from July 2021. The condo could use painting and The baseboards were very dirty and walls were dirty. The kitchen was lacking small bowls and silverware. The bed was comfortable.
