This is a well-loved location in Mammoth - this condo will be your perfect mountain getaway. The free town shuttle is right outside your door, making for quick transportation around town.
This unit offers easy access with self-check-in, parking right out front, jacuzzi, sauna, and Wi-Fi.

This corner unit, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo will be your perfect mountain getaway. This location is well-loved - while being located near the Village at Mammoth, the neighborhood is quiet and has an outdoorsy feel. The gondola to Canyon Lodge is just a short distance away, making skiing and biking readily accessible.
There are limited steps to enter this property and a convenient keypad entry for self-check-in.
The living space is cozy, with upgraded luxury vinyl flooring, a comfortable pullout couch (queen), wood burning fireplace, and private covered deck. There is in-unit laundry, as well as cable TV, and Wi-Fi.
There is a fully stocked kitchen, equipped for cooking a delicious meal.
Off the main living area is the primary bedroom. The bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, ample closet space, and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower.
We also provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, firewood, fire starter, and matches. Firewood is located on the deck.

Location is great but being on the lower floor, the old construction and lack of insulation from the upstairs unit causes a great deal of noise anytime a person walks especially when there’s kids jumping around at 1:00am...
