About this house rental
Holiday cottage located in private urbanization, in Los Llanos, near Valsequillo village.
The cottage is perfectly prepared, not only for week holidays but also for long terms, as it is well equipped. At the entry, we find the living room, very comfortable and bright, with a 65’’ TV connected to the Internet with Netflix included. Next to it is a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and everything needed to cook. And following the kitchen, the 3 bedrooms; one with a master bed 150cm x 190cm, the 2nd one with 2 single beds and the 3rd one with a single bed and sofa bed. The house also has an internet connection by optic fibre.
Outside we find 2 separate areas, at the entry there is a pleasant terrace the pine shadows and on the side of the house another terrace with furniture to enjoy an outdoor breakfast and with lounges to enjoy the sun.

Cannot fault the property, location was great as up in the hills away from main tourist spots. Gated community, very safe & quiet location with the hills creating a wonderful backdrop. Well equipped villa

We had a great stay with our kids, 10 and 7, over Xmas and NY. Great location, beautiful mountainous landscape around and great grounds. Owner was friendly and very helpful.

We booked the villa just days before are holiday was due to start. Although the villa requires a car to obtain the best of peace and yet visit other locations e.g. beaches and las palmas,it more than met our expectations.The villa was very clean ,comfortable and private .The owner could not have been more welcoming and helpful.He went out of his way to ensure everything was satisfactory for us .We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at the villa.It is in a gated community and we found it very secure. You are amongst Spanish families in their normal home environment.The weather was brilliant and we were sorry to leave.Thank you Mariano and have a good Christmas.Carroll and Edward
