This delightful four-bedroom detached bungalow is ideally located near Ballyconneely village, offering a perfect base for families or friends exploring Connemara along the Wild Atlantic Way. The property enjoys close proximity to local amenities, including a pub, restaurant, grocery shops, and a playground, as well as stunning white sandy beaches, the renowned Connemara Championship Golf Links, and picturesque countryside views.
The bright entrance porch, furnished with comfortable seating, provides the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while overlooking the front garden.
A door leads into the open-plan living area, featuring a cosy wood-burning stove and a comfortable leather couch. This space opens into a large, fully fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, and gas hob. The adjoining dining area includes sliding doors that open to the side of the house, allowing for plenty of natural light.
From the kitchen, a hallway leads to four bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a utility area. The utility room is equipped with a separate washing machine and dryer. There is also a shower room with a shower cubicle, WC, and sink.
