Reception hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM): Check in at reception, store luggage, and collect keys if arriving early
Outside Reception Hours: Self-check-in available anytime from 3:00 PM. To receive the codes and instructions for the key locker and building entrance, you must first complete the mandatory guest data registration and pay the tourist tax/pending payments via the secure online links we will send.
Please note that those steps should be completed at least 24hr before your arrival to organize your check-in. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all the instructions in time & there could be considerable delay to enter the apartment (& possible extra charges).
Keys are collected from the Cool Jazz building, located next to Hot Jazz. Full details will be sent after booking.
Check-out by 11:00 AM — remove trash, leave keys inside, and close the door securely
Please leave the apartment in an adequate condition after your checkout

Nice location, close to the subway and an easy walk to Sagrada Familia. We could also easily grab a taxi from this block. Enjoyed the two little bakeries on the block. Apartment is compact but nice access to the rooftop area and a teeny balcony to get some fresh air. Enjoyed our stay.

The staff was wonderful and helpful. The apartment has everything you need for a long or short stay. It was 1/2 block from the metro and walking distance from the Sagrada Famillia. My only issue was with the shower: It was difficult to manage the temperature of the water. I was taking hotter than usual showers but I survived :).

This apartment was well-decorated and is a short walk away from good restaurants, and a slightly longer walk to the Sagrada Familia. A great option if you're a tourist. The booking process was confusing, however - you pay both VRBO and the rental agency separately. I found the apartment quite crowded with furniture, and there was mildew on the shower door. While the apartment manager was very accessible and kind, I might choose a hotel next time.

Great location! Air conditioning worked perfectly. Laundry facilities were very useful. Lots of room for 4 people.
