Welcome to Cool Jazz 81, a tranquil and stylish apartment inspired by the soft, thoughtful tones of Cool Jazz music.
Located in a peaceful residential area of Barcelona, this apartment is perfect for families or small groups of up to four people.
The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with a large double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV, and a dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and a Nespresso machine. For your convenience, the apartment also has central air conditioning and heating, a washer/dryer, and a safe box.
A standout feature of the building is the shared rooftop terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the sun. Please note the terrace hours are seasonal.
Key Information for Your Stay
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards, as we will be cleaning and preparing the apartment for your arrival.
During Reception Hours (Monday-Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM) you will be able to check in at the reception, leave your luggage and collect your keys in case you arrive before 3pm.
Outside Reception Hours we offer a self-check-in option.
To receive the codes and instructions for the key locker and building entrance, you must first complete the mandatory guest data registration and pay the tourist tax/pending payments via the secure online links we will send you. Self-check-in is available anytime from 3:00 PM after these steps are completed.
Please note that those steps should be completed at least 24hr before your arrival to organize your check-in. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all the instructions in time & there could be considerable delay to enter the apartment (& possible extra charges).
Check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM. On the day of your departure, please ensure all your belongings are packed, kindly take out all trash, leave the keys inside the apartment, and close the door behind you.
Please leave the apartment in an adequate condition after your checkout

While there is an elevator, please note this apartment is on a half-floor, so you will need to walk a few stairs down.

Arrival between 23:00 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.

Great space, just enough room to be comfortable, very clean, and loved the balcony! Also felt very safe in the area. Apartment had all the amenities we could’ve hoped for for using the kitchen and washing machine as well. Great apartment, great trip!!

Von der Buchung, über die Ankunft bis zum Aufenthalt war alles sehr gut organisiert. Fragen im Vorfeld wurden beantwortet, beim check in war eine Mitarbeiterin vor Ort. Uns wurde die Wohnung gezeigt und erste Einweisungen erfolgten. In Zeiten von Lock Boxen und Key Codes eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung. Auch bei Problemen war der Concierge Service eine große Hilfe.
Die Wohnung war sauber, die Möbel in sehr gutem Zustand die Betten sehr bequem. Ein kleines Willkommenspaket mit den wichtigsten Haushaltsartikeln, Tee und Kekse und eine Flasche Wasser runden den ersten guten Eindruck ab.
Die Lage ist für City Touristen wirklich hervorragend. 2 Minuten zur U-Bahn. Cafes und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung, die Sagrada erreicht man in 10 Minuten langsamen Schrittes.
Rundum zufrieden, nur 2 Anregungen :
Einige zusätzliche Handtücher wären schön, manchmal trocknen sie nicht so schnell und man hat Abends klamme Handtücher.
Die Wohnungstüren sind schwer und wuchtig und haben außen keine Klinke, fallen also beim Verlassen der Wohnung mit lautem Knall ins Schloss. Das stört schon in der Nacht, wenn andere Mieter nach Hause kommen.

The apartment was centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood with grocery stores, resturants and metro nearby. Price was good and checkin was easy. It was a great base of operations for our stay.
