A BBQ grill is kept at the home and is available for rent. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.

Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.

The house was just as pictured had a few things that had to be addressed and they did not hesitate to get everything right loved the promptness and communication great host, great house and great experience for my 15 guest and I. Will definitely book again

Great Orlando area resort, we were minutes from Disney. Properly outfitted for large gatherings, there were 10 adults and 3 children in our party, and there was something to do for everyone. Outstanding theaters, one inside and one out, and a game room that rivals commercial establishments. Had a few minor hiccups with a couple of the consoles, but tech staff showed up quickly and rectified the issues, save for one gun controller. No big deal, we just moved on to the other games. Whatever the top rating is, this place earned it and more.

The beds are so hard they wrecked our backs. The air upstairs never cooled off and we had kids with disabilities so I couldn’t bring anyone in to fix it because of the kids. Otherwise it is a beautiful house and my favorite thing was the 2 washers and 2 dryers.
