The 1-room apartment is equipped with laminate. The car parking space (if available) costs July / August 3, - Euro & remaining time 1.50 Euro, these costs are also to be paid locally.

The house is a 2004 newly restored villa of resort architecture from the year 1913th The building is listed and many of the original features have been preserved and restored. It was placed on largely natural materials and environmentally friendly operation value. Therefore, the apartments are all different in layout and furnishings. - NON-SMOKING HOUSE - Smoking is allowed only outside the house. In the courtyard there is a shared terrace with tables and sun loungers and a small green area with a swing and sandbox for the little ones. Request cot and highchair, in limited number, free of charge. There are 4 parking spaces available on the property. Public parking (surcharge. Fee) are in place. For users' own or rented bicycles a closed shed is present. Until the end of 2019: For train travelers, the original equipment costs bed linen and towels 10, - € per person.
