Appartement 14 - Villa Mutabor

This cozy, fully tiled 21-square-meter apartment on the 1st floor features a TV, a veranda with a high-quality Bali sofa bed measuring 160 x 2.00 m, a combined living and sleeping area with a dining table and chairs, a wardrobe, and a kitchenette with a 2-burner stove, sink, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, etc. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. From the combined living and sleeping area, if you wish to sleep upstairs, a ladder leads to the sleeping loft, which is furnished with two single beds, each measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m. With a ceiling height of approximately 1 m, the loft is only suitable for adults to a limited extent.
Since we have a limited number of parking spaces (4 spots) and these are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, we ask that you make a reservation. The cost for a parking space is €4 per day during peak season and €2 per day during the shoulder season. These fees are to be paid on site. We do not offer a laundry service; therefore, guests must bring their own bed linens, sheets, shower towels, and hand towels. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
Apartments 14 and 15 can also be rented together, as they can be separated from the common hallway by a shared door, thus creating a family room.



Villa Mutabor offers you a conference and vacation home that provides a cozy home away from home while you discover the charms of the island of Usedom. The house is a villa in the seaside resort architectural style, originally built in 1913 and newly renovated in 2004. The building is a historic landmark, and many of its original features have been preserved and restored. Emphasis was placed on using primarily natural building materials and ensuring environmentally friendly operations. As a result, the apartments all differ in layout and furnishings.

Please note that all apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only outside the building. On the courtyard side, there is a shared terrace with tables and lounge chairs, as well as a small green area with a swing and sandbox for our younger guests. A limited number of cribs and high chairs are available free of charge upon request.

Since we have a limited number of parking spaces (4 spots) and these are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, we ask that you make a reservation. A locked shed is available for bicycles you bring with you or rent.

We do not offer a laundry service; therefore, guests must bring their own bed linens, sheets, bath towels, and hand towels. Use of the washing machine and dryer is available for a fee. Throughout the year, various seminars are offered, such as therapeutic fasting, whole-food nutrition, Nordic walking, yoga, painting, etc. For group bookings (separate rental terms; please inquire directly with the property owner), there are two seminar rooms—which also serve as common areas—one of which has a TV and radio. The common area facing the courtyard is a sunroom. Guests on group bookings may use the sauna. In addition, a shared kitchen is available when the property is rented by groups. In the hallway, there is a freezer accessible to all guests, where anyone can store frozen food.

New arrivals should approach via Schulstraße first. The rear entrance to Villa Mutabor, with parking spaces, is located between the Ahlbeck Community Center and the Mercedes Kruse dealership (access from Lindenstraße—Hauptstraße).

Pets (up to 2 dogs or cats) are welcome in Apartments No. 2 and 4 upon request. The fee is 5.00 per day.



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
