Fantastic home in quiet, friendly neighborhood just 10 minutes to Ketchum and 5 minutes to Hailey. This light-filled home boasts elevated ceilings and exhibits a clean, contemporary living space with mahogany cabinetry, cork floor and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the huge backyard green space. Main floor master, 5 bedrooms (four of which connect to their own private bathrooms). Large driveway with pickleball court, basketball court and plenty of room for parking. Gorgeous private yard with mature trees, stream, fire pit, patio, chicken coop (yes, fresh eggs every day!). Trampoline and half pipe available upon signing waiver.
Like to fish? The house is walking distance to world-class fly fishing on the Big Wood River. Bike path is across the highway, which will take you to Hailey or Ketchum. Enjoy an after dinner stroll around the loop (1 mile) and, if you are lucky, see wildlife (owls, deer, elk, even moose at times) in your own backyard.
The house sleeps 10 but pricing is for 6 occupants. Additional guests over 6 people will result in an additional cost of $40 per person per night.
THE SPACE:
Spacious open floor plan with windows and light everywhere, dark beams to contrast and plenty of room to cook and commune together. The house is equipped with the fastest Internet in the Valley. This home is an amazing choice for those who wish to spend quality time with loved ones while easily accessing the sights, sounds, tastes and endless adventures that Sun Valley has to offer.
FIRST FLOOR
On the first floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, coffee machine, blender, toaster, gas stove with downspout and two ovens. We provide as well a fresh selection of spices, and all the cookwares necessary to make you feel like home.
The bright and airy living room hosts a large and comfy L shaped sofa, leather loveseat and chair all surrounding a gas fireplace and overlooking the huge greenspace in the backyard. It is the perfect place to chill out after a long day in the sun. There is a 60 inch smart tv.
Bedroom 1: the Master Bedroom is a very stylish space with views of the back and side yard. It boasts a King size bed, small desk and is equipped with large windows on three sides to ensure you receive a ton of natural light. A walk in closet is available for your use and the Master Bathroom, with its oversized tub, two headed shower with steam, will not disappoint.
Bedroom 2: sitting just across from the Master Bedroom is another bedroom with a twin bed and en suite full bath.
Powder Room
Bedroom 3: office converted to bedroom with Full size bed, desk and 40 inch Smart TV.
Bedroom 4: small bedroom with Queen size bed, 50 inch Smart TV and newly remodeled en suite bathroom with sink and shower.
Laundry off hallway and includes Washer and Dryer.
SECOND FLOOR
The second floor boasts one large bedroom, closet and windows that open to the gorgeous views of the front yard. There is a Full size bed and en suite bathroom with sink and shower. This space provides its own sanctuary from the rest of the house.

We loved our stay at this home! We have 3 kids ages, 5, 9 and 11. This house had everything they could hope for - a stream running thru the property, fire-pit for s'mores, chicken coop, trampoline, hot tub, pickle-ball, horse-shoes and ping pong. Friendly neighborhood. Loved walking our dog around the loop. Easy access to Hailey and Ketchum. Felt very safe. So easy to communicate with the owner - quick responses and always willing to help. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The house was great, the chickens were so fun for our grandkids. The house is in a great location. Brie was great. Funny thing about the house is 2 of the bedrooms are really good sized and they only have a double in one and a twin in the other.

Hiking in the Sawtooth mountains. One of our group had a recent concussion and we spent more time in the property than expected. Lots of room and stuff to do. The chickens were entertaining especially for a bunch of city people. Great communication with Brie. Highly recommended.

We all loved staying at this house while we were in town for a week to support the Sun Valley Tour de Force and the Hunger Coalition. We had a total of 7 us at the house, each with our own spaces and it worked out very well. We were all on different schedules and the house is set up to provide lots of privacy but also great common space in the main area, deck and yard out back. It is beautiful, clean, in a really nice and also quiet neighborhood with close river access that is also between Hailey and Ketchum so easy to get to both. We loved the quiet of the house, the fun of the chickens in their coop, and comfortable yet also very nice furnishings in the house. We are definitely planning on coming back here again next year to use as our base and refuge for the week. It is a gem of a house and I would definitely recommend staying here.
