I have stayed at Koloa landing many times over the years, booking directly with Marriott as well as through Costco travel. Building 9 is the best location of entire property. To guarantee the building I booked directly through Vrbo. Tbe experience was good, not great. The rooms, view, etc as expected and excellent. The area of improvement is logistics with Marriott. Checkin touch about 30 minutes with manager being called over at end. Not sure what was happening. The other logistics where request for towels and other suggestions (all trash dumpsters full every day) were responded with “basically we’ll try” but contact the Marriott property; that’s not our issue. And Marriott would say, that’s a private unit, not our issue….honestly I’m not sure I would rent through Vrbo. Anyway, great unit and property but not great alignment between Marriott and parish

Kōloa Landing is a great place to stay! The pool is amazing!. I will book directly with Koloa Landing next year. Our unit booked through The Parrish collection was nice. Unfortunately, the AC was not working properly and our unit was 80-84 degrees for the first 5 days. Not impressed with the timeliness of the staff correcting the problem.

Amazing location and beautiful unit. I would absolutely recommend this unit to you. I think it might need a handyman visit, because the drains were not working well and the dishwasher clearly needed to have a thorough cleaning as it smelled. But relatively small issue in an overall beautiful place. The Parrish team who manages it is very responsive.
