Adorned with décor that encapsulates the region’s spirit is the spacious living area, with leather furnishings and a stone fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is a culinary enthusiast’s dream, with high-end Thermador appliances and a spacious 4-stool island—perfectly designed for socializing or a private chef. Guests can choose to dine indoors at the 8-person table or venture outside to the expansive deck where an alfresco dining table and gas grill sit under built-in heaters. Property is fabulous. One error in the listing is the Ski in/ out feature. Although the neighborhood is laid out with “trails” this is in no way ski in / out. It is a 20 min hike. You’ll be exhausted by the time you arrive on the hill. This may or not be an issue for the renter. But should be aware that you will have to drive to ski.

This property is exceptional! Although the photos look great, the property is much better than the photos. The house is very large with exceptional finishes and very well appointed. Great views of Lone Mountain and other peaks. Great amenities and location. We would definitely come back again!
